Looking for more engaging ways to deliver your Equality, Diversity & Inclusion training?
Purpose of the game
Our unique EDI Challenge lets participants understand the importance of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion through a series of challenging team missions.
The game is an immersive and interactive real-life escape game. Locked in a virtual room with your colleagues, participants have 60 minutes to solve challenging puzzles to escape the room.
The customized Escape Game delivers an interactive and fun Equality, Diversity & Inclusion workshop or programme, which will engage your delegates, test their knowledge and provide some friendly competition. Main messages are about breaking down barriers and being as inclusive as possible.
A disgruntled employee has hacked into your servers and locked down all your corporate files. They threaten to erase it all in 60 minutes. But the hacker is not motivated by cash; they want you to show that equality, diversity and inclusion are important to you as an organisation and as individuals working together. If you can convince the hacker of this then normal business will be resumed.
The game has elements that can be customized around equality, diversion & inclusion that are specifically related to your organization.
How does this activity work?
The game is played in groups of 3-6 participants using high-tech tablets and various props. The teams are bombarded with tricky missions of various types, that can be solved sequentially or in parallel. As the teams progress, more levels are opened up with increasing difficulty. The aim is to crack challenges, collect letters and solve the final challenge to escape the room. EDI Challenge can be played anywhere and does not require an individual room for each team.
