How the game works

The game is played in small teams, connected in a video meeting. This format ensures everyone’s active participation which is key to learning. The game conveys information, promotes lots of group discussion, challenges the players with dilemmas and adds a bit of fun and competition with customised trivia.

Typically the game is run in two ways; as part of a virtual induction day or ad hoc for new staff as they join the company. As the game is digital, all the data that comes in can be tracked on live on dashboards.

Participate virtually on Zoom/Teams/Meet etc

The Onboarding Game is run in small breakouts of 3-5 people, taking part in a video meeting.

The team leader runs the game on a browser with screen share on, enabling everyone to take part. We support all systems like Zoom/Teams/Meet etc and there is no need to download any applications.
