Engage new staff from day one, in a consistent way
- Feel welcome
- Learn about the organisation
- Start networking
A full day of online presentations is not the best way to welcome and inspire new staff. The secret lies in breaking the large group into smaller groups of 3-5 people. This enables new starters to become active contributors.
The participants connect in a video meeting using Zoom/Teams/Meet etc. When it is time for a game/workshop, people split into smaller teams. Team leaders run the games and workshops online on their browser and simply shares the screen to let everyone take part.
So the good news is, if your organisation already supports video conferencing, you can also run all of our games and workshops!
We offer a number of short, customisable onboarding games and workshops that can easily be embedded into your induction day. The games are designed to energise, convey the message and capture data.
A few days before the induction day, each participant is sent a link to a web app. The purpose of the app is to build excitement, engage engage them and gather data and insights.
A fun and engaging way of introducing the company to new staff. The focus of the game is on understanding the most difficult topics like Vision, Strategy and Culture & Values, through discussion and dilemmas.
Learn about the organisation, interact with colleagues, take pictures and compete with fun, informative quizzes. The game is always tailored to suit your needs.
Add some fun to your onboarding day with ‘Beat the Hacker’ Escape Game. In the game, players crack fun and tricky missions of various types together for 45 minutes.
“Beat The Hacker” is designed to promote team collaboration. The aim is to solve the challenges, beat the hacker and “escape the room”.
Help new hires understand the organisation from the customer’s perspective. Take them on a journey across the most important touchpoints like marketing and sales to operations and customer service.
Our technology runs primarily as a web app, meaning it can be run on any device with a browser that is connected to the Internet. We also offer downloadable smartphone apps.
Our solutions are digital, so all the data that comes in can be tracked in real time on dashboards. This enables a great debrief where you can show data, clarify things or reinforce the message.
You can also track data from individual sessions to detect differences over time.
– Analyse level of understanding
– Get insights from staff
– Compare countries, divisions, teams, functions etc
– Drill down to individual answers
We fully tailor the games to your needs and have a long experience of making this happen quickly. Fully customising a game can take as little as two weeks.
We also offer remote support and can join your virtual induction day if you feel unsure about the technology.
The outcome of the Onboarding Day is a better understanding of how your business works, what defines your culture and which the right behaviours are. Our methodology is to let small groups of new staff work together to understand their new company culture.
Our solution is designed to provide an immersive experience consisting of a blend of interactive elements, like taking part in workshops and solving dilemmas but also interacting with other members of staff and having fun together.
At the end of the day we want people to understand not just the What, but the Why. This will trigger the right attitude and behaviours, and give you the most valuable asset your company will ever have – future culture ambassadors.
Everything we do is designed to be engaging and user friendly.
We always help our clients design a programme that matches their needs.
Having engaged more than 1,000,000 participants, we know what works and what doesn’t.
All our tech is developed in-house, and designed for one specific purpose – to enable you to onboard new staff in the best possible way.
