The team at Green Hat People are delighted to be welcoming on-board a new member to the team, Grace Barrett.
2017 was the best year yet for Green Hat, with a high volume of requests for Team Building games and Core Values roll outs. Managing Director, Georgie Mann, has built up some great relationships with clients over the last few years but the time has come to introduce an Account Manager to ensure service and quality of delivery remain at the highest levels.
So, what will Grace be doing?
Grace’s role will be to take ownership of the Team Building department, ensuring clients receive a bespoke and personal service from the first enquiry through to project management and ultimately, event delivery. Grace is hugely experienced in this area and “we are lucky to have someone who can hit the ground running for our clients” “We are all seriously excited that the ideas Grace has for growing the business are super impressive” said Georgie, MD.
And so what’s next for us at Green Hat People?
The growing trend for remote working means the need for strong ‘people-centric cultures’ is also growing. And the growth is faster than the development of great leadership, meaning our technological advancements in business gamification and initiatives to drive productivity, results and inclusivity is in very high demand. But we won’t be complacent. We plan to develop our workplace engagement solutions even further, so watch this space.
