    The Customer Success Manager Role

    In your role as Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the relationships with new and existing clients. (New business sales is handled by the Business Development Team). The clients are large and medium sized organisations 200 – 10 000 employees, focusing on the Nordics, UK, DACH and North Americas regions. Your primary contact will often be the HR or Internal Communications Managers and Directors.

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with large and medium sized clients
    • Own annual account revenue targets & identify renewal and growth opportunities
    • Analyse and understand the clients’ needs, and secure customer satisfaction throughout the life cycle
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executives, primarily within HR
    • Help onboard new clients in close collaboration with the Concept Design Team
    • Maintain the relationship with existing clients with regular follow ups
    • Drive up sell and cross sell opportunities and secure license renewals

    Examples of clients that our Customer Success Managers handle include:

    Almi, Avanza, Bonava, Bureau Veritas, Christies, Future, Harrods, Karolinska Institutet, Ikano Bostad, Informa, Karlstad Universitet, Kraft Heinz, Porsche, Rikshem, STADA, Tobii etc

    Who you will be working with

    • Cross functional colleagues across our major markets
    • Business Development Sales Team when onboarding new clients
    • Concept Designers to deliver the right experience to our clients
    • Concept Development and Tech teams to continuously improve our offering

    About you

    • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales
    • Proven track record of building strong client relationships, a deep sense of empathy and dedication
    • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs
    • Exceptional time and project management skills.
    • Ability to manage workload while understanding return on time investment
    • Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with large autonomy
    • Possesses drive, is proactive and results oriented
    • Good experience of creating business and customer plans
    • University level education
    • Fluent in English (preferably experience of living in the US/UK/similar)
