STADA Connect4Values

Last month saw the launch of Connect4Values, a new game we developed to help employees at leading pharmaceutical manufacturer STADA Group to explore the company’s culture and values in a fun and engaging way. Connect4Values has already broken a number of Green Hat People records: the game was translated into 20 different languages; over 5000 players have completed the challenge within the first month; and we achieved a Game Evaluation rating of 9.2!

This blog post will look back at the process to provide some tips on how gamification can improve the success of corporate culture and values initiatives.

– Quiz rounds with points available for teams to climb the global leaderboard!

– A diverse range of challenges, including video missions, a global tour of STADA sites, and brain teasers designed to get teams thinking creatively and collaborating effectively.

– Fun facts about the STADA Executive Committee, helping colleagues get to know them better.
