About Diversity & Inclusion Escape Room Game
The game is an immersive and interactive way to help staff understand the importance of Diversity and Inclusion. Played in small teams, the participants are challenged to solve fun and challenging missions relating to your DEI strategy and eventually “escape the room”.
The game is a great way to make your training more engaging.
The storyline – You have been hacked
A hacker has managed to break into your servers and lock down all your corporate files. He threatens to erase it all in 45 minutes. But the hacker is not motivated by cash, his agenda is more philosophical. He wants your team members to prove that they understand the importance of a Diverse and Inclusive workplace, and are ready to start supporting it. If they succeed, the files will be returned.

How the game works
In the game, the players are challenged to crack 15 fun and tricky missions relating to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for 45 minutes. It’s designed to promote team collaboration, so all players have been given their own specific digital clues. As the teams progress, more levels are opened up with increasing difficulty. The aim is to solve the challenges, beat the hacker and “escape the room”.
Tailored to your Diversity & Inclusion Strategy
The Diversity & Inclusion Escape Room Game is always tailored to your organisation. We have a long experience of helping large clients strike the right balance between professionalism and fun to convey the right cultural “feel”. We also brand the game with your logo, fonts and colour codes.
Please note that the game is designed by adapting your existing content (training courses, slide decks etc) to fit in our game format. We do not create DEI games from scratch, as all DEI strategies are unique.
