The game is highly customisable to your unique culture and can be designed with a lead time of around two-three weeks.

The game is run in groups of 3-6 people using laptops, smartphones or tablets. Optionally you can also add a branded game board. Choose to let our staff run the game for you or deliver it yourself.
There are a three main categories in the game, including quizzes and dilemmas to provoke intense group discussions. The game takes between 60-75 minutes of active game time.
The backbone of the game are a series of highly engaging questions about the culture, values, behaviours and organisation. The aim is to align the participants’ interpretations and to encourage discussion. This data is used in the debrief.
Dilemmas are a great way of making the Values and Behaviours more tangible. When they are set in a context the participants recognise, the understanding is much higher.
Throughout the game we insert fun quizzes that act as “sorbet between meals”. This brings out laughter and let people bond, promoting an open discussion.
All the data from the game can be accessed live on dashboards. Use it to debrief live or to track participation rates and engagement levels. Compare countries, divisions, teams, functions, tenure etc and drill down to individual answers.
The single player edition of the game encourages players to learn by solving missions and challenges and progress to new levels, all in a fun gamified format.
The game begins with an introduction to the “why” of the organisation; what defines the Culture and Values and why they are important. For an even better understanding, include a chapter about the corporate History, Vision and Strategy.
This section provides in-depth descriptions of each value, from various perspectives to ensure proper understanding. The players are asked to reflect, answer questions and are tested in an fun competitive format.
The link between the values and effective and desired behaviours is explored in detail. Dilemmas and case studies help make the behaviours more tangible – when they are set in a context the participants recognise, the understanding is much higher.
Go from words to action by completing tangible actions that represent living the values for real, linking to the desired behaviours. Whenever someone takes action, they log it in the game and collect points for them and/or their team.
The game roll-out can be monitored live on dashboards. Track Participation rates and Engagement levels. Compare countries, divisions, teams, functions, tenure etc and drill down to individual answers.
We use a mix content and media types to boost learning and engagement rates. The app sees players read, watch videos, answer questions, play quizzes, take pictures and interact with other members of staff if feasible.

Soft launch to HQ/Managers - Getting buy-in from your managers is vital to a successful launch. Launching to head office staff or senior management first is a good way of getting commitment ahead of roll-out.
Modifications - Some clients choose to create slightly different versions that cater to various parts of the organisation (white collar/blue collar etc).
Launch across the organisation - We have a long experience of facilitating roll-outs, nationally and globally. The games can easily be run self managed by you, as a road show or with remote support. Choose whatever suits you; laptops, smart phones or tablets. Distribution is simple – just email a link. We also offer a Roll-out Toolkit and “train the trainer” workshops to help managers succeed with the implementation.
