Since we started out back in 2006, we’ve created a strong and rapidly growing position in the events industry based on providing tools and processes that add real value to corporate events and meetings.
Our customers come from a variety of sectors, with events ranging from five people up to several thousands. We pride ourselves in being able to create immersive, highly engaging experiences for both small and very large groups.
Our workshops and games are powered by apps on Computer Tablets during events, a unique solution that enables us to reach unprecedented levels of engagement, as well as handle logistics and collect big data from very large groups of people.
To date, more than 500,000 people have participated in corporate events using our products and services.
We’ve grown rapidly during the past two years and delivered no less than 1,200 events during 2014.
Green Hat People has three founding partners, all still active in the business as the executive management and at Director Positions:
Erik is the COO and makes sure everything works. Our partners in Oslo, The UK, Singapore, Germany etc. call his team when they need help, and he makes sure they have all the documentation, sales material and training needed to offer their clients a superb experience.
Erik also manages some of our larger clients, as we all do, to not lose track of what real clients really need.
Alexis is the Creative Director of Green Hat People and in charge of recruiting new Area Developers, primarily in the UK and Germany. He’ll be the first person you meet once the time is right to take that step.
Alexis has worked closely with large clients throughout the years to innovate new products based on real client problems.
Niklas is our CEO and makes sure everyone is motivated, happy and does their job.
Niklas works closely with our Stockholm-based clients and ensures we have a steady stream of large clients in the pipeline, so that we continually learn and innovate new products for our Area Developers to sell in their respective markets.
In 2011, GHP decided to initiate a growth strategy by offering Local Partners own market exclusivity, to be called Area Developers.
An Area Developer was recruited in Southern Sweden as a trial case of the expansion model. In 2012, contacts were initiated from Norway leading to an Area Developer agreement being signed for the Norwegian market in early 2013.
Following two years of aggressive product innovation and growth in 2013 and 2014 (30 % – 40 % year-on-year), we have reached a true proof of concept in several markets and are ready to establish Area Developers in new markets.
Our first Area Developer was recruited in North London in February 2016. We’re continuously looking for more Area Developers with proven business capability, relevant experience and means to fund the sought growth of business operations in the UK or other European markets.
The Area Developer will be responsible for establishing a limited company whose sole business will be the marketing, sales and running of the Services based on the Green Hat People Concept.
